New Construction | 2026 | Nashville, TNRooted in a balanced, symmetrical composition, the front facade is designed to elevate one's approach to the entrance. High ceilings and a seamless connection between the great room and outdoor living spaces create an open, light-filled environment. The formal dining room and hidden butler's pantry establish an elegant entertaining sequence. The home also includes a grand primary suite, four secondary suites, a dedicated office, a versatile bonus room, and an attached garage.

New Construction | 2026 | Nashville, TNThis thoughtfully designed 1.5-story traditional home blends timeless architecture with modern functionality. Renovation & AdditionThe goals of this renovation and addition were to transform the existing carport into a two car garage, add a primary suite, and tie in the front entrance to the addition to create a cohesive façade. Interior spaces of the orginal home got reconfigured to foster a more open, contemporary living environment while also incorporating the client's previously selected kitchen components

Renovation & AdditionWith minimal intervention to the existing residence, this project focuses on an addition that introduces a spacious garage, a private primary suite, a dedicated mudroom, laundry and storage spaces, and a covered outdoor living area. A brick wainscot establishes a strong visual connection to the original brick home, while fiber cement board-and-batten and lap siding offer a contrast of texture and scale.

Renovation & AdditionOpening up the interior of this home resulted in the client's dream kitchen and open living concept, while converting the existing garage expanded the home's livable area. A thoughtfully composed addition establishes a new primary point of entry for everyday use with a generous mudroom and laundry space.
