    Sheena leads the architectural design process — developing layouts, architectural drawings, design concepts, and permit documentation.     Dylan develops detailed construction estimates, project timelines, subcontractor coordination plans, and material allowances. When the architect and contractor are working together throughout the design phase, the resulting budgets are more accurate — and unexpected costs are far less common.

    Before construction begins, all final plans, construction scope, project timeline, and contract documents are completed and reviewed together. We don't break ground until every detail is agreed upon and the project is fully prepared to move forward.
